Subject: Tuesday's 1/5 Scout Meeting Notes

This Sunday there is a PLC meeting at the church at 1:00.  It will be followed by a Jambo meeting at 3:00

Jambo medical forms are due this Sunday.

Ski forms were due on Tuesday.

Chris will be meeting with each boy individually next week to review what they owe in dues.  Apparently only three boys are completely up-to-date with their dues.

Klondike permission forms were distributed.  It will be only one day this year – the day before Scout Sunday and the Troop Dinner.

Murphy said only 2 boys have done anything about their partial merit badges and if nothing is done by anyone else he is going to chuck all the completed requirements.

The deadline has passed for the Merit Badge Fair registration but you can still go that day and sign up at the door.  If you do, go early and check badge availability online beforehand.  There are no more spaces in his car, so your scout will have to get his own ride to Monmouth Junction.  Also, must do the pre-reqs for any badge you want to do.

The troop will be looking for people to help with Scout Sunday.  The themes are Helpful and 100^th Anniversary.

There will be visiting Webelos next week.  Chris reminded them they were all Webelos once.

Rick mentioned that the Vermont 1year boys will be doing Hunter Ed and the 2^nd year boys will be doing Bow Hunter ed.
