1/19 meeting notes

Scout Sunday – 1/31 - service at the church (start time not given) they recruited scouts for parts of the service

Scout 100 years - a fire will be burning at the church for 100 hours - starts 2/5 end 2/9 at the meeting - there will be activities at the meeting.  Firewood not needed - but volunteer fire tenders are - sign up at meeting 

Troop Dinner 1/31 - RSVP if you have not already

DC Trip - due 1/26 - SS# required with form and check - housing is for about 40 total - late sign up will not be allowed as they need to clear us through security - I think they need to submit by 2/2

Jambo medical Forms are LATE - call Jay Murphy NOW

Frontier Camp - Stuff will go out directly to the participants

Klondike - still open - late fees apply – 1/30

Merit Badge fair in Feb - sign up now

Family Camp-out in June - need a chairperson and one rep per patrol needed to volunteer
