Notes for 11/10/2009

!.    For those looking for service hours, Hunter D. told the troop about volunteering at the Our Lady of Lourdes Shepard’s Meal.  The next two will be held on 11/27 and 12/18.  He will be making up a flyer with details.

2.    Dec. 12 is the Historic Trail Walk   Its a 4-5 hr. walk and is located north of the George Washington Bridge in NY (Upper Manhattan)..   Scouts were given the Forms/paperwork tonite.   Forms/$ due on 11/24/.    Sounds like fun for Scouts and adults.

3.    Survival Weakend Campout is 11/20-11/22.  Forms were due tonite but if intersted in going, contact Rich Seminera.   Food/menue planning is next week.

4.    Jambo fund raising orders due tonite.  If going and not handed in, contact Karen Terpe.

5.    Jambo fund raising for the holiday season....$20 for wreaths....  $25 for roping.  Tell your friends and help support Jambo. Contact is Karen Terpe.

6.    This Saturday between 12 pm-3pm...popcorn pick-up at Sally Gordano's...29 Payne Rd (right off Rt. 31 in..Clinton Twp).  If you can not pick-up during these times, contact Sally.

7.    Pie order forms were due tonite.  The Scout who sold the most in combined popcorn and pies will win the free trip to summer camp.

8.    This Sat. at 9am...PLC meeting at the Church.
