The meeting was mostly used to talk about canoe safety.

12 new scouts have recently joined the troop.  They gave out their name plaques and the boys hung them up.

Chris gave out some merit badges including the First Aid for those who did that badge.

Canoe forms were due on Tuesday.  If you still want to go but didnt hand in your forms - email Chris.

Forms for baseball tickets at the Family Campout were due on Tuesday as well.

Trexler forms are due now - so far 31 boys have registered.

Earth Day is 4/25 - the boys need to sign up for either morning or afternoon work.

If you signed up for the Jamboree, you will now start payments to the troop, no longer the council.  The first Jamboree meeting will be in May, the second in June.

Luke said money for Merit Badge books is still being collected.

A lot of the new boys were wearing the new updated uniforms - they are very nice looking.  They seem like they're made of more durable material and have bigger pockets.
