Meeting  Notes 9/29



1.    Webloes Weekend sign-up sheets are due today. If planning on going and did not hand in sheets, contact Rich Seminara by tomorrow.

2.    Oct. 13 is Court of Honor.  All uncompleted ranks, Scout Master Conferences, etc. must be finished by 10/6 to be included in this years Court of Honor.

3.    Scouts gave Chris an award for 3rd place in last weekends Cook Pot.

4.    Mr. Murphy handed out paperwork to Scouts who have partial Merit Badges that need to be completed.

5.                      IMPORTANT

SCOUTS CAN BEGIN TO SELL POPCORN NOW. 

WE SHOULD HAVE ALL RECEIVED FORMS IN THE MAIL. 

SCOUTS BOUGHT HOME SOME TYPE OF PAPERWORK TONIGHT CONCERNING THE POPCORN SALES.

POPCORN SALES END ON 10/27 AND $$$ MUST BE HANDED IN NO LATER THAN 10/31.

THERE IS A $150 MIN/SCOUT.  CHRIS STATED THERE WILL BE A PENALTY FOR SCOUTS WHO DO NOT MEET THIS MINIMUM.  I do not know what the penalty is, if it is enforceable or if it was just a motivational joke.

POPCORN SALES IS THE BIGGEST FUND RAISER OF THE YEAR THAT THE TROOP PERFORMS.

HAVE THE BOYS PICK THEIR PRIZES.
